  • Customer Service Representative Lied

    I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I decided to do business with them. Nothing short of liars. They tell you what they have to in order to get the order. I was having difficulty finding a specific size refrigerator to be installed on a boat. I found one from Lowes, that was $50 less expensive than the price quoted by Nathan at Appliances Connection for the same refrigerator, but Lowe's had a delivery date on June 21st.     Here%u2019s the story. I wanted to buy a Coaster 901434 Lamp. After researching it on the internet I found it advertised by Appliance Connection. Their ad said and I quote %u201CCoaster 901434 Contemporary Table Lamp with Linen Shade (Set of 2) - $107 with free shipping. A banner at the top says %u201C24hr RedTag Blowout Sale up to 50% off.     I would highly recommend NOT using Appliance Connection. I ordered a dishwasher in January. It's now March and I never received a working dishwasher. The first dishwasher arrived damaged and was placed back on the delivery truck before ever entering my home.   • SLOW delivery

    I ordered a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher on 11/11/13. The Appliance Connection website stated it was 'In Stock'. Once purchased, I quickly learned it was not in stock as advertised. It was finally delivered on 12/26/13. The interior of the unit was exposed to high moisture causing a heavy cardboard tube and a warranty registration card to become saturated.     Well...the news is good, but not because of Appliances Connection as they never made good and just played games over the last two months. The manufacturer of the rangehood, Broan-nutone is replacing the damaged rangehood.     They sent me the wrong product and when I wanted to return it, they said I have to wait for an authorization return label to get credit. They are taking a VERY long time to address this issue. They wanted me to take pictures of the item and the box it came in, which I did.     I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from AC on June 27. After wrangling with AM at home delivery for a week, I got the fridge on June 14. The driver said there was a dent on the door. I called AC customer service immediately; I had to go through the ticket system to get anything done.     The worst experience I ever had. My appliance is in worse shape than it was before they came. They kept sending (Brandon) to fix my fridge, but he didn't know what he was doing.     Please order for LG washer and dryer from stock inventory to be shipped within 24 to 48 hrs.     This is, by far, the worst company we have ever dealt with in our lifetime. We ordered a microwave from this company along with paying for the removal of the old unit and it was to be delivered in 7 - 10 days.     My horrible experience with started with them taking a full week to "process" my order instead of hte "24-48" business hours stated on their website.
