    "I bought a dishwasher on 11/29 that showed to be in stock and received an email with in stock/ready to ship notice. 3 days later after not getting a shipment notification I called and found out they were out of stock. They would have inventory on 12/22 and offered 4 to 7 day shipping and a reduced rate on a 5 year warranty. On 12/20 it shipped, two days early, only to find out it has an eta of 12/30.   • Worst company, no customer service.

    Appliance Connection. Probably the worst company i have ever had to deal with. For starters i ordered a sectional sofa through them. got a call from the company because apparently my order went through 3 times. they canceled 2 of them and placed 1 on order. Cool i was happy at this point. Then i kept getting emails updating me on my delivery status.   • Changed prices during middle of sale

    During their March Madness sale I was in the middle of purchasing a LG dryer for $699 when suddenly my cart changed to 769.00 during check-out.. Stated sale good until April 6, 2015. The web site still read 699.00 but changed to 769 once put in cart the next day. I called but customer service was of no help.     I have placed an oder on the refrigerator which was marked as 'In Store' at Called their customer service to double check that the billing is alright. Well, it barely helped, they have actually processed that only about a week later.   • Very Unhappy

    So far, my first order with AC has been a huge disappointment. Been 3 weeks and still haven't received order. Was told that it'll be at least another week. The item was labeled as available but yet 3 weeks in and it haven't even been shipped. Sad part is that my account was charged within 24hrs but still no product. Communication is also pathetic.     Scam, shakedown and lies, nothing but frustration. We made the mistake of ordering a new washing machine and dryer with express shipping ($70) and installation ($130). We ordered the product August 20th, it is now September 18th and it still is sitting in my kitchen in boxes.     Appliance Connection is the biggest scam I have seen in years. They are refurbishing appliances and selling them with a 10 year warranty that they do not honor. 30 day money back guarantee is a lie as well. I would not recommend any one to purchase from Appliance Connection unless you want to loose money on a product that does not work.     I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I decided to do business with them. Nothing short of liars. They tell you what they have to in order to get the order. I was having difficulty finding a specific size refrigerator to be installed on a boat. I found one from Lowes, that was $50 less expensive than the price quoted by Nathan at Appliances Connection for the same refrigerator, but Lowe's had a delivery date on June 21st.     Here%u2019s the story. I wanted to buy a Coaster 901434 Lamp. After researching it on the internet I found it advertised by Appliance Connection. Their ad said and I quote %u201CCoaster 901434 Contemporary Table Lamp with Linen Shade (Set of 2) - $107 with free shipping. A banner at the top says %u201C24hr RedTag Blowout Sale up to 50% off.     I would highly recommend NOT using Appliance Connection. I ordered a dishwasher in January. It's now March and I never received a working dishwasher. The first dishwasher arrived damaged and was placed back on the delivery truck before ever entering my home.     I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from AC on June 27. After wrangling with AM at home delivery for a week, I got the fridge on June 14. The driver said there was a dent on the door.     The worst experience I ever had. My appliance is in worse shape than it was before they came. They kept sending (Brandon) to fix my fridge, but he didn't know what he was doing.
