Classic Flame Fireplace Insert 200 series

Do NOT do business with this company! Their insert did not heat even a 250 sq ft room yet was advertised to heat 1000 sq. feet. We wrote we wanted to return it and each response from them took almost a week. After 2.5 weeks of trying to return it, with a 30 day return policy, we phoned management. We got an return number and it cost us $80 to return it. We had to stop payment on our charge and request a dispute. 3.5 weeks into their 30 day return policy, we had to phone and they now tell us it will be credited in 3-5 days. They will not return our $80 shipping however. They tried to tell us they were just taking it back out of kindness as company they order from won't take it back. That is not true I'm sure. The insert is in perfect condition. Again, do NOT do bussiness with them.
